| Remote Area Delivery Charge |
| Due to increased charges by carriers some areas of Mainland UK may incur
a delivery charge on certain products. These will be kept to a minimum and advised to you before the sale is processed.

| Terms Of Sale |
| PRICE:-
All prices quoted are in pounds sterling and exclude vat @15%. The full purchase price will be shown prior to completion of each order and delivery is free of charge to England, Wales and Scotland (excluding Highlands). For delivery prices to Highlands & Islands, Eire & Northern Ireland please call.
PAYMENTS:-
Payments are accepted on most major credit & debit cards through our secure server. Cheques, BACS payments and postal order will also be accepted.
INVOICE:-
A VAT invoice will be issued with each sale giving a full decription of the goods.
DELIVERY:-
Delivery will be made free of charge to commercial premises within 3/4 working days of the sale being processed. Either ourselves or the courier will contact you to arrange delivery if requested at point of sale.
AVAILABILITY OF STOCK:-
Customers will be informed directly where stock is not available to complete an order and offered an alternative if appropriate.
GUARANTEE:-
All items are fully guaranteed for a minimum period of 12 months. All goods sold comply with applicable legislation and customers are reminded that their statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions. Some products carry a return to base warranty in which case costs are to be bourne by the customer for returning such items.
ORDER CANCELATION & UNWANTED GOODS:-
1:The customer has the right to cancel any order within 1 working day following receipt of the goods, however they shall be responsible for the cost of returning the items, unused and in all original sealed packaging. Where the customer exercises their right to cancel money will be refunded within 30 days of the cancellation providing that the goods are in a new and unused condition.
2: We reserve the right to levy up to a 25% restocking charge for refused deliveries of correctly supplied goods.
3: If goods have been supplied correctly but are not required and it has been more than 1 working day after receipt then you as the customer will be responsible for any carraige charge to return those goods. It will be entirely at the discretion of Albany Equipment Limited as to whether those correctly supplied goods are accepted back in to stock.
