Complaints policy
Where any cause for complaint may occur, whether with our procedures, deliveries or products then please call 0121 422 4000 and ask for Bob Billingham or customer services. Will will then endeavour to solve any problems that have arisen and reply to yourselves within 5 days and offer a solution, that is acceptable to both parties.
