Terms & Conditions of Sale
PRICE: All prices quoted are in pounds sterling and exclude vat @15%. The full purchase price will be shown prior to completion of each order and delivery is free of charge to the mainland UK.
PAYMENTS:
Payments are accepted on most major credit & debit cards through our secure server. Cheques and postal order will also be accepted.
INVOICE:
A VAT invoice will be issued with each sale giving a full decription of the goods.
DELIVERY:
Delivery will be made free of charge to commercial premisis within 3/4 working days of the sale being processed. Either ourselves or the courier will contact you to arrange delivery.
AVAILABILITY OF STOCK:
Customers will be informed directly where stock is not available to complete an order .
GUARANTEE:
All items are fully guaranteed for a minimum period of 12 months. All goods sold comply with applicable legislation and customers are reminded that their statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
CANCELLATION
The customer has the right to cancel any order within 7 days of receipt of the goods, however they shall be responsible for the cost of returning the items. Where the customer exercises their right to cancel money will be refunded within 30 days of the cancellation.
